Reaaaalllyyyy dudes where do protoforms come from???
I was wondering while i was rewatching The TF::Animated!
you know when Sari and her dad asks "what is a Protoform?"
I know its liquited form metal that takes shapes depented on the exoskeleton form!
But how they create the Liquid thingy???(me grimlock,me take thingy! lol)
Do femme bots give birth to it and then let it grow???is tf a generation that creates her children instead of giving birth to it????
Please if theres anyone expert on the Transformers Biomechanology Please tell me!!!!

Yay 8 days ago i became 21 years old-that means another freaking year has passed! And i had an awesome time-since my best of friend and family were there for me and wished-also the cake was raaaaaad!cream with chocolate and chocolate like cookies-shells and frilly details. As for the gifts i didn't get any, but i don't mind, i received so much love it was enough!

So far there isn't an official explanation.
Basically the three reasons I can think of is: Sparkbonding(mostly used in slash), when mommy and daddy love each very much, and a scene in the 2nd transformers movie where the protoforms were in pod-like eggs.
But hopefully Hasbro will answer it, along with the 'where does Prime's trailer go' question.
